Ethiopian NGAT Registration Date Extended
Educational Assessment and Examination Services (EAES) announced that the Ethiopian NGAT registration date is extended until July 29, 2018 (Ethiopian Calendar), August 12, 2026 (Georgian Calendar). Before that, the last date of the National Graduate Admission Test (NGAT) for the post graduate applicants was July 25, 2018 (E.C.), (August 1, 2026 G.C.).
Reportedly, several candidates were facing issues during the Ethiopian NGAT registration process. Candidates were unable to process their payment, which is 750 Birr, and you need to make this payment through Telebirr. Although later on the Ethiopian Ministry of Education stated that the issue has been resolved.
The registration process for Ethiopian NGAT is simple. The process is as follows:
- Click the official registration link https://ngat.ethernet.edu.et
- Make sure you have a valid ID, as it is required to take the exam.
- Go to this site and complete the requested information.
- Pay the service fee.
According to the EAES, the NGAT exam date will be announced soon. Moreover, according to the EAES, you can update your preferred test centre for the NGAT exam. Candidates with hearing or visual impairments can also update their accessibility status. If you don’t have this option, you can refresh your profile page.
As per EAES, non-Ethiopian candidates can now also register for the NGAT exam. Moreover, EAES announced that the usernames, passwords, and entrance tickets will be sent to the registered candidates once the Ethiopian NGAT registration period ends.
