ASTU and AASTU Entrance Exam Date Announced

Addis Ababa Science and Technology University AASTU entrance exam date has been announced for the 2019 (Ethiopian Calendar) academic year. AASTU entrance exam for applicants who registered online to study Applied Sciences and Engineering at Adama Science and Technology University and Addis Ababa Science and Technology University for the 2019 (Ethiopian Calendar) academic year will take place on Pagume 04, 2018 Ethiopian Calendar, September 09, 2026 Georgian Calendar.

Universities shared that they have informed all the registered students. At the time of registration, the authorities hadn’t announced the exam date. Moreover, universities confirmed that they asked students to appear in person at the exam centre they chose at the time of registration.

Students are required to present at the exam centre by 7:00 AM (Local Time) on the exam day. Moreover, bringing mobile phones or any electronic devices into the examination center is strictly prohibited.

More importantly, applicants are required to bring a copy of the 2018 (E.C.) Grade 12 National University Entrance Exam results, admission card, and registration confirmation received after registration.

Applicants who pass the entrance exam will not be included in the university placement process conducted by the Ethiopian Ministry of Education.

Seven students at Debre Tabor University received their 2018 remedial exam results (Ethiopian Calendar) as disqualified. Right after the results, students across different universities began complaining. The complaint was common that their results show up as Disqualified. Debre Tabor University fixed the disqualified result for these seven students.
